Dr. Grimes’s office is located in the Deer Park Family Medical Building at the corner of Newberg Road and Stevens Avenue, one block from the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Newburg Rd/Baxter Avenue in the Highlands. From the Watterson Expressway take the Newburg Rd. exit going north and travel about 2.5 miles. Turn right on Stevens Avenue and take an immediate left into the parking lot. Enter the building through the side door and proceed to the second floor.
